Refund policy

This policy applies for a period of 30 calendar days from the delivery date. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any of the reasons listed below, you may return the product for a refund of the purchase price. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund.

Refund Eligibility To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

  • The product is defective (the poster was delivered damaged)

  • The product does not match the description

To ensure that the above criteria are met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of Purchase To complete your refund, I require a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase. Please note that I will not issue a refund without the above-mentioned proof of purchase.

Shipping Items To return an order, you must first contact us.

We will provide the address for any return shipment of the product directly after you contact us. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the items you wish to return. I will reimburse the shipping costs upon receipt of the returned items. You must ensure that the goods are properly packaged and postage-paid so that they are not damaged during transit. If the product is damaged or has been used beyond what is necessary for a reasonable inspection, we may refuse a refund.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
